We are seeking a data loving person who has passion to un-earth pattern, trends and insights from multi-source data and drive data-backed business decision culture. - Developing deeper consumer insights for the jewellery business that would feed into all aspects of the marketing mix. - The role would need an understanding and appreciation of both qualitative and quantitative research tools and approaches. - This position partners and influences internal customers including Marketing, category, Product Development, and Sales, to guide and inspire decisions through the use of consumer insights. - In addition, this position with work closely on strategy around new horizons and larger opportunities for the organization. - This position also includes the management of commissioned tracks and research modules that monitor consumer response and run evaluations for the campaigns.
