We are seeking a data loving person who has passion to un-earth pattern, trends and insights from multi-source data and drive data-backed business decision culture. - Developing deeper consumer insights for the jewellery business that would feed into all aspects of the marketing mix. - The role would need an understanding and appreciation of both qualitative and quantitative research tools and approaches. - This position partners and influences internal customers including Marketing, category, Product Development, and Sales, to guide and inspire decisions through the use of consumer insights. - In addition, this position with work closely on strategy around new horizons and larger opportunities for the organization. - This position also includes the management of commissioned tracks and research modules that monitor consumer response and run evaluations for the campaigns.

Tasks & Deliverables

Role includes a mix of operations, data crunching, generating insights and providing solutions.

  • Conduct Market research - both primary and secondary research.
  • Candidate will be working on research projects both quantitative and qualitative in nature.
  • Own brand track - Monitor, Synthesize and share findings and prepare periodic reports and ad-hoc analysis
  • Evaluate marketing campaigns and share findings.
  • End-to-End ownership of executing research projects - From understanding requirement, Agency brief, questionnaire design, analysis and reporting.
  • Manage Research agencies for quality of research, Adherence to timelines.
  • Conduct periodic market visits.
  • Conduct Qualitative interviews, group discussion.
  • Develop insights by collating and analyzing brand, business and category data to provide 360 degree comprehensive solutions.
  • Engage with brand managers, media teams, cross-team functions to drive data-driven business decision culture.
  • Collaborate with cross-teams to identify requirements and deliver data solutions. Democratize Insights.
