Project Summary

- To capture, document, and leverage the tacit knowledge of retired employees and senior personnel within our ISCM framework. - By listening to employees' experiences and insights, the project endeavors to translate them into actionable case studies and use cases to populate a database of best practices and explicit documents. - To listen from the senior employees and document the discussions / outcome in a readable format for future reference.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (BE) in a relevant field such as Mechanical /Electrical/Chemical with experience in conducting interviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions with stakeholders.
Experience

- Experience in knowledge management, technical content writing - Experience in conducting interviews, workshops, or knowledge-sharing sessions with stakeholders. - Familiarity with Manufacturing Jargons / principles and practices.

Tasks & Deliverables
  • Engage retired employees and senior employees to extract their tacit knowledge and experiences.
  • Comprehensive documentation of tacit knowledge obtained through interviews, shadowing sessions, and other knowledge transfer methods. This documentation will include detailed explanations, step-by-step processes, troubleshooting techniques, and any other pertinent information deemed valuable to successors and current employees.
  • Document knowledge in the form of case studies, use cases, and best practice documents.
  • Develop resources based on the captured knowledge to facilitate knowledge transfer to new and existing employees. These materials may include manuals, guides, videos, or interactive modules tailored to different learning styles and preferences.
  • Establish and maintain a centralized knowledge repository or database where captured knowledge will be stored, organized, and easily accessible to relevant stakeholders.
  • Develop standards and processes for documenting tacit knowledge effectively, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and usability of the captured information.
