Project Summary

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Microsoft 365 Evangelist to join our team. As a Microsoft 365 Evangelist, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and advocating for the Microsoft 365 suite of integrated productivity tools and services. Your main responsibilities will include driving awareness, adoption, and utilization of Microsoft 365, as well as providing technical expertise and guidance to IT users across organisation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or equivalent).

Experience

3- 7 Years

Technical Skills
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office 365 suite, including applications such as SharePoint, Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform.
  • Proven experience in technical or customer-facing roles, preferably with a focus on Microsoft Office 365.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong customer orientation and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal teams.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing, SaaS models,and collaboration tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Continuous learning mindset and the ability to adapt to evolving technologies and trends.

Tasks & Deliverables
  • Promote Microsoft 365: Be the key advocate for Microsoft 365 within the organization. Develop and execute strategies to increase awarenessand adoption of Microsoft 365 services and solutions.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct engaging presentations, demonstrations, and workshops to showcase the features, functionalities, and benefits of Microsoft 365 and internal teams.
  • Technical Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert on Microsoft 365, keeping up-to-date with the latest updates, features, and industry trends. Provide guidance and technical support to internal teams regarding Microsoft 365 implementation, configuration, and usage.
  • Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal teams, understanding their needs and challenges. Collaborate with core teams to tailor Microsoft 365 solutions to meet requirements.
  • Training and Adoption: Develop training materials, resources, and documentation to facilitate user adoption of Microsoft 365. Conduct training sessions for end-users, administrators, and IT teams to ensure they fully understand and leverage the capabilities of Microsoft 365.
  • Feedback and Improvement: Gather feedback from IT users and internal stakeholders on their experiences with Microsoft 365. Provide insights and recommendations to Microsoft teams regarding product enhancements, features, and user experience improvements.
