Experience

1-5 years of experience.

  • Strong analytical skills & data mining.
  • Sound knowledge of MS office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Knowledge of statistical applications should be strong in data base management.
  • Fairly good programming knowledge in terms any one of Macro/MS Access/SQL or equivalent platforms.

Tasks & Deliverables
  • Preparing and circulating Daily, Weekly, Monthly reports & trackers including seasonal trackers.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting, Adhoc.
  • Providing market status report to Retail Head& corporate stakeholders during market visits.
  • Assisting Retail Head, corporate stakeholders & SMT through Data Analysis to help in critical decision making and planning.
  • Date support for Monthly & Quarterly Reviews.
  • Monthly MIS circulation to all key stakeholders of IBD.
  • Data support to other team members.
  • Co-ordinate with Retail team members & RBMs on Business needs.
  • To maintain the complete data base on sales.
  • Incentive computations monthly, quarterly & seasonal.
  • Co-ordinate with IT & Retail team to manage the target portal.
  • Resolving query on incentives for Retail staffs.
  • Preparing the yearly Primary & Secondary sales budget for retail division.
Key Stakeholders for the Project
  • Internal contacts are with Merchandising team, Marketing team, finance, ISCM, IT & HR.
  • Regional Business Managers, Area Business Managers, Retail team including store managers and retail staffs.
