- RWH Operationalization (Other Regions)
- Enable and stabilize Regional Warehouse (RWH) operations for additional regions.
- Ensure end-to-end order flow, inventory sync, and fulfillment readiness.
- Dark Store Enablement
- Configure and support dark store operations within OMS.
- Enable store-based fulfillment (BOPIS/BOPAC scenarios where applicable).

Omnichannel Implementation Support seamless omnichannel order orchestration. Integrate online and offline channels (web, mobile, store). Ensure unified inventory visibility and order routing.

iPaaS API Rework
- Refactor existing iPaaS APIs.
- Implement secure authentication token generation (Auth Token).
- Ensure compliance with security and integration standards.
- Return Cancellation Handling
- Implement logic for return cancellation flows in OMS.
- Ensure correct status updates and financial reconciliation.
- Status Code Mapping (OMS ↔ Oracle)
- Define and implement intermediate status mappings:
- Forward order lifecycle
- Return lifecycle
- Ensure accurate synchronization between OMS and Oracle systems.
- LIT (Logistics/Inventory Transaction) Updates
- Ensure LIT updates flow correctly to Oracle.
- Validate real-time or near real-time integration.
- Handle exception scenarios and retries.
